- Coolant was verified to be leaking from a large crack in the radiator housing as well as from the old radiator cap. Drained cooling system. Removed all four hoses, both transmission cooler and engine coolant, from radiator. Removed fan shroud from radiator. R&R radiator. Installed new transmission cooler hose connections. Installed fan shroud as well as all four hoses to radiator. Vacuum filled cooling system ensuring no air pockets are trapped. Ensured the coolant in the cooling system is filled to max capacity. Test drove vehicle to verify repairs. There is no longer any coolant leaking from the cooling system for this vehicle.
