- Customer states that the front windshield washer does not spray. Held in spray position and found that the sprayers operate. I could not duplicate concern. Inspected Front washer fluid spay nozzles and found no faults besides calcium build up on the nozzles. Found no codes in the system. Raised vehicle and removed Wheel well splash guard and undervehicle splash guard to gain access to washer fluid reservoir and washer pump/ motor. Found no broken lines and sufficient voltage and ground are present at the motor/ pump. Found no faults with the windshield washer system. If problem is intermittent whenever the pump fails the windshield washer pump/ motor will have to be replaced.
